Should I repair my garage door opener or replace it?
Rule of thumb: if the opener is under 10 years old and the fix is a sensor, gear, or remote, repair it. If it's 15+ years old, lacks safety reversal, or the logic board has failed, replacement is usually the better spend — and we'll show you both numbers before you decide.
My opener runs but the door won't move — what is it?
Most often a stripped drive gear, a disconnected trolley, or a broken spring making the door too heavy for the motor. It's usually a quick diagnosis, and often a same-day fix.
Do you install smart openers with phone control?
Yes — we install Wi-Fi-connected openers (and retrofit kits for some existing units) so you can open, close, and check the door from your phone. Great for letting in deliveries or checking you actually closed it.
