How much does a custom driveway gate cost?
It ranges widely with size, material, and automation — a straightforward single-swing steel gate is a very different job from a 20-foot automated cedar-clad slider. That's exactly why the on-site estimate is free: you get a firm number for your property, not a guess.
How long does a custom gate take from design to install?
Typically two to four weeks: one visit to measure and design, fabrication in the shop, then a one-day install. Automation and access control go in the same day as the gate.
Can you automate a custom gate later, or should I do it now?
Either works, but running conduit and mounting posts during the initial install is cheaper than retrofitting. If automation is even a maybe, tell us at the design stage and we'll rough it in.
