Can you repair my gate opener or does it need replacing?
Most opener calls end in a repair — boards, limit switches, batteries, and sensors are all replaceable. If the operator is obsolete or parts are discontinued we'll say so and quote a replacement on the spot, with the repair-vs-replace math laid out plainly.
Do automatic gate openers work during power outages?
Battery-backup models keep cycling for days, and solar setups don't care at all. Every operator we install also has a manual release so you're never locked in or out.
Can I open my gate from my phone?
Yes — most current LiftMaster and Doorking operators support app control, and many older units can be retrofitted with a smart receiver. Handy for deliveries, guests, and checking the gate actually closed.
