What counts as a garage door emergency?
A door stuck open (security risk), a door that won't close with weather coming, a snapped spring with a car trapped inside, storm or vehicle damage, or a commercial bay door down during business hours. If it can't wait until tomorrow, call — worst case we tell you it's safe to wait.
Do you actually answer at night and on weekends?
The emergency line rings to Sonny or Austin. If a call is missed mid-job, you get a callback within the hour — day or night, weekends included.
Does emergency service cost more?
After-hours calls carry a service premium, quoted to you on the phone before we roll — no surprise on the invoice. The repair itself is priced the same as it would be at noon on a Tuesday.
How fast can you get to me?
Depends where you are — our shop is in Sachse, so Wylie, Murphy, Garland, Plano, and Rowlett often see us within the hour. Farther-out cities like Fort Worth or Arlington take longer, and we'll give you an honest ETA on the phone, not a fantasy window.
Can you fix an emergency gate problem too?
Yes. A gate stuck open (or stuck closed with your car behind it) gets the same emergency treatment as a garage door — most operator failures, sensor faults, and storm damage are fixable in one visit.
